Welcome to Veletify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veletify website, our social networking features, and our random chatting platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately leave and discontinue your use of our platform.

            ATTENTION: Veletify is strictly restricted to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this platform, you assume 100% responsibility and liability for your own actions, chats, and content.
        

1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

Veletify is an adult-only platform. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account, browse user profiles, or use our anonymous random chat feature. Accessing this platform as a minor is strictly prohibited. If we discover that a user is under 18, their access will be permanently terminated without notice.

2. Platform Usage: Dual System

Veletify operates as a hybrid platform offering two distinct experiences. By using the platform, you acknowledge the rules governing both:

Social Networking: Users who create accounts can make friends, follow others, and share posts. This data is stored in our databases. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Veletify a license to host and display it.
Random Chatting: Our random chat feature connects users globally via WebSockets. This communication is instantaneous and temporary. Messages sent in random chat are never recorded or stored in our databases. Once a session ends, the data is irrevocably lost.

3. Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use

We built Veletify to be a clean, secure, and positive environment for global networking. You agree to use the platform responsibly. You are strictly prohibited from:

Transmitting or sharing illegal content, including but not limited to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual explicit media, or any exploiting materials.
Engaging in harassment, bullying, blackmail, intimidation, or hate speech.
Using the platform for any fraudulent activities, scamming, spamming, or distributing malware.
Impersonating others or creating fake accounts for malicious purposes.

Veletify does not endorse, support, or tolerate any illegal or inappropriate activities. We reserve the right to permanently ban IP addresses and user accounts that violate these rules.

4. Absolute Disclaimer of Liability

Veletify acts strictly as a neutral service provider and communication bridge. We do not actively monitor, filter, or control the private text messages exchanged in random chats, nor do we pre-screen all social media posts.

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for the content you transmit, post, or share on Veletify.
The platform, its creators, developers, and administrators assume ZERO liability for the actions, behaviors, or "wrongdoings" of any user.
If you encounter inappropriate, offensive, or illicit behavior from another user, your sole remedy is to disconnect from the chat, block the user, or report the account.
You chat and interact entirely at your own risk. Veletify cannot be held legally or financially responsible for any damages, distress, or consequences arising from user interactions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform designs, graphics, logos (including the Veletify logo), source code, and custom mechanics are the exclusive intellectual property of Veletify. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

6. Service Interruption & Modifications

Veletify is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be 100% error-free, secure, or continuously operational. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or shut down any part of the service, including the deletion of user accounts or posts, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the law, our platform features, or our security protocols. Continued use of Veletify after changes are published constitutes your legally binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you need to report severe violations of these Terms, or if you have legal inquiries, please contact our administrative team. We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities regarding any illegal activities taking place on the network.
