Social Media Features (Registered Users): When you create an account to follow users, make friends, or share posts, we securely store your profile information, friend lists, and post data in our secure database to provide a seamless social network experience.
Random Chatting (Temporary Data): Our random chat feature is purely text-based and operates via WebSockets. It can be used with or without creating an account. We do not store random chat messages in our database. Once you or your partner disconnect from a random chat session, the text messages are permanently erased.

3. User Liability and Conduct

Veletify provides a clean, safe, and professional platform for global networking. However, users maintain full control over their interactions. You are solely responsible and liable for the content you post, share, or transmit through our platform.

The platform strictly prohibits illegal activities, sharing explicit material, harassment, bullying, and spamming.
Because random chats are temporary and not recorded, users must exercise caution. Veletify acts strictly as a service provider and assumes absolutely no liability for the behavior, text exchanges, or actions of individual users.
Any user found violating our policies or using the platform for malicious purposes will face immediate permanent bans and, if necessary, be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Technical Connection Data

To ensure smooth worldwide connections, especially for random routing, we temporarily process standard network data such as IP addresses. This data is strictly used for server stability, routing connections, and preventing malicious attacks or spam bots. It is not used to track your personal identity.
